Day Game

• Light meal for dinner night before and watch Friday footy and go to bed.
• Wake up between 8 and 9am and have some cereal and go for a jog/walk.
• Have a stretch and a shower, then eat a snack and go to the ground about 12pm.
• Get a massage and see the physio and get changed and warm up for the game.
